Feeling Strangely Not Fine

Well, now that Hubby is feeling a little bit better I am sick. I have Conjunctivitis a.k.a. Pink Eye. Wooooo Hooooo. I am sooo damn excited I can hardly see straight! (Yes, there was a pun and it was intended.) Both of my eyes are bright red and thoroughly bloodshot, they hurt and itch like crazy too. Since this is HIGHLY contageous I have been instructed to stay home until I have had 24 hours of antibiotic eye drops. I will be going to work today around noon. As if one sick person in the household wasn't enough... I was so looking forward to a relaxing weekend where everyone was well. Right now I just wish my life had a little less excitement in it. I'd settle for normal any day. Sigh.
